With the health and wellbeing of our patients being our number one priority at Coastal Hearing Center, the decision has been made to temporarily close our doors in the best interests of our patients and our team.
Although face-to-face appointments will not be available for your safety, ensuring our patients are well cared for and are supported is incredibly important to us.
That’s why we’re introducing three ways to continue to receive our award-winning level of service
#1 – Hearing Health Hotline
During the challenges presented by COVID-19, we’re opening a hearing health hotline from 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.
This hotline has been set-up to help our community and ensure that if you have a question, a problem or need our help in any way, then you have a hearing professional a phone call away.

#2 – Curb-Side Support
If your hearing technology needs repairing or you have any form of emergency with your devices, you will be able to remain in your car and a member of our team will collect your devices, repair them and return them to you.
This means that you do not have to leave your vehicle, and you’ll receive your repaired hearing devices (that have been fully sanitized).

#3 – Tele Health Appointments
During this time, our team are utilizing the technology available through Telehealth appointments to continue to care for patients remotely.
If you have a challenge, need help or would like to speak to a professional, then contact us today to schedule your Telehealth appointment.
Nothing matters more to us than our patients, you are family to us and during this tough time, please know that you can rely on us like family.
If there’s anything that we can do, whether it involves your hearing devices or simply buying some groceries from the shop, caring for your wellbeing is the most important thing.
